 Hershey Figure Skating Club offers several programs for all levels of skating.

BADGE CLUB -  Badge Club is our beginner program for skaters under the age of 18.  Here skaters learn the fundamentals of figure skating as they progress at their own speed through the Basic Skills Badge Levels 1 through 6.  Once a skater passes Badge 6 they "move up" to Advance Club. 

ADVANCE CLUB - Advance club is for junior skaters who have passed Basic Skills Badge 6.  Skaters advance their skating skills through the Basic Skills Badge levels 7 and 8, and Freestyle Badge levels 1 through 6.  Once skaters pass the U.S. Figure Skaint Pre-Preliminary Free Skatnig test, they "move up" to Competitors Club.

COMPETITORS CLUB - Competitors Club is dedicated ice time for skaters who arecompeting in qualifying competitions and/or are testing through the U.S. Figure Skating test levels.  Competitors Club members must have passed the Pre-Preliminary Moves and Pre-Preliminary Free Skating tests.  Please note skaters must befull members of the Hershey FSC (this program is not open to affiliates).

THEATRE ON ICE - Theatre on Ice is a form of figure skating which combines the grace of figure skating with the excitement of theatre and dance. 

SYNCHRONIZED SKATING - A team sport in which 8 - 20 skaters perform a program together.  It is characterized by teamwork, speed, intricate formations and challenging step sequences.

ADULT CLUB - Adult Club is for skaters 18 years old and older.  Any level of ability and interest is welcome - from recreational skaters wishing to improve their skills to the advance level skater who is working on testing and competing in any of the U.S. Figure Skating skating disciplines.  

 

Learn To Skate

 Hershey FSC Family Learn-To-Skate sessions are for anyone who wants to learn to skate.

  • Families, children and adults welcome!
  • All levels of ability
  • For all skating interests: figure skating, recreational, and hockey
  • Two payment options: purchase 9-week session or pay-as-you-go
  • Testing and certificates upon completion of badges

Learn to Skate begins September 12th on Wednesday nights and November 3rd Saturday afternoons. Sessions are 1 hour long and cost $12.00 ( additional $2.00 for skate rentals).  All sessions include a 30 minute group lesson with a HFSC professional. 

Punch cards are available for $100 for 10 punches.  See coordinator at Learn to Skate for purchase.

Members of the Hershey Figure Skating Club Only: Receive a walk-on rate of  $10 for all LTS sessions.
