HFSC CLUB PROGRAMS

Take the next step after Learn to Skate - Join our Club Programs!

Utilizing the United States Figure Skating ASPIRE Curriculum, classes will continue to be FUN, with increased emphasis placed on learning advanced figure skating skills including basic skill mastery, skill advancement, and the introduction of cheoreograhy, edges, freestyle (jumps & spins), and dance.

In addition, our club programs include Theater on Ice classes, which includes the opportunity to perform a group number in our annual holiday and spring shows, as well as special exhibition performances!

  • Club Program classes will be held two days per week for one low price of $45 per month
    • Tuesday classes are focused on jumps, spins, a curriculum sampling (ie. dance, footwork) and a theater on ice routine to be performed at our recitals, events, and the Hershey Bears Game Exhibitions (scheduled for December 10, March 17, April 20).
    • Thursday classes are focused on skill building, theater, and off-ice training.
    • Two-day per week scheduling allows skater's more flexibility and the opportunity to advance skills quicker with more instruction time.
  • Skaters will be divided into groups based on skill level (Open to levels Basic 3 - Preliminary)
  • Parent meetings are 20 minutes each and take place during the off-ice portion on Thursdays.
