ENTRIES:
ALL entries are online via Entryeeze. The link for online entry with secure credit card payment will be available at www.hersheyfigureskating.org/hersheyopen. Deadline for online entries is no later than 11:59 PM EST June 1, 2023. Entries will be limited to 500 so please register early to secure your spot. If space is available, late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the LOC and will require an additional late fee of $50. Entries after June 8th will NOT be accepted. Skater and Coaches schedules will be available via the web at www.hersheyfigureskating.org/hersheyopen

All Entryeeze registration fees are credit card only and include a small processing fee paid by the skater.
REFUND POLICY: Entry fees will not be refunded after the June 1, 2023 entry deadline unless no competition exists or the event is canceled. There will be no refunds for medical withdrawals with the exception of COVID infection. Payment of all fees will be required before the skater is allowed to participate in practice ice or events.

FACILITIES:
The Competition will be held at Hersheypark Arena 100 W. Hersheypark Drive, Hershey, PA 17033 (not Giant Center). The ice measures 200 feet by 85 feet, with rounded corners and a barrier. The rink is not particularly cold. Locker rooms will be available for both male and female competitors, provided under Safesport guidelines but we ask competitors to come dressed and with makeup on.
